Singapore delivery

Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Contact us if you need an item by a particular date.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free on orders of S$75 or more after discounts. Below that amount, standard delivery is S$25. Every current single-item listing qualifies for free standard delivery.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available for S$25, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. An express arrival time is not guaranteed; contact us before ordering if timing matters.

Tracking and parcels

Tracking details are emailed when available after dispatch. An order may arrive in separate parcels. If your parcel is delayed, contact our team with your order reference.

Where orders ship from

Products are fulfilled by suppliers and may travel from an international location. Any applicable customs charges depend on the shipment and Singapore requirements. Please ask us before ordering if you need clarification.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will explain the delay and offer you the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling the unshipped order for a prompt full refund. Voluntary cancellation fees do not apply to this refund.
