Technical information and embedded services

Embedded support forms and chat services are provided by third parties and may receive the information you submit and technical connection details. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to answer your enquiry.

Copies, deletion and earlier records

You may ask for a copy of personal information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete it. This includes information supplied through an earlier account, comment or purchase. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal, accounting or security purposes. We will explain any applicable limits when responding.
